Will events evolve into the same result if they have the same initial condition?

What if we know the initial condition of one event, can we predict the result?
แล้วถ้าเรารู้เงื่อนไขเริ่มต้นของเหตุการณ์หนึ่งๆ เราจะทำนายผลลัพธ์ได้ไม๊
What if we can control a current condition of the system continuously, is it possible that anybody will know the final result after the system evolve with time?
ถ้าเราสามารถควบคุณระบบได้อย่างต่อเนื่อง มันจะเป็นไปได้ไม๊ที่ใครๆจะล่วงรู้ได้ถึงผลลัพธ์สุดท้ายของระบบหลังจากที่มันวิวัฒน์ไปในเวลา
My answer for this is that, it may be possible if and only if that the person who try to predict the event know the action that I perform on the system continuously.
